Current Therapy Groups
Radically Open DBT (RO DBT) Skills Group
Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) is for high-functioning people who want to express emotions more freely, feel more socially connected and become more flexible. It's a specialized approach for people with overcontrolled personality traits, rigid habits or difficulty showing emotion. Through its focus on radical openness, social skills and emotional expression, RO DBT helps you build closer relationships and a more balanced approach to life.
RO DBT is a skills-based group that meets weekly to learn and practice a new skill. Members practice skills between sessions, and weekly attendance is encouraged to build mastery. This is a skills class, not a processing group, so it doesn't focus on individual members' stories.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group therapy is a structured, skills-based group for people who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions. It helps you develop effective ways of coping, regulate your emotions and build stronger relationships.
Each week the group teaches and practices skills from DBT's four modules:
Mindfulness: noticing thoughts and feelings without judgment
Distress tolerance: getting through a crisis without making it worse
Emotion regulation: understanding and changing painful emotions
Interpersonal effectiveness: asking for what you need and handling conflict
Like RO DBT, this is a skills class rather than a processing group. Members practice skills between sessions.
Who it's for: Adults (current group actively accepting new clients) / teens (accepting new clients/referrals with start date undefined) dealing with intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, self-harm urges or relationship conflict
When: Adult DBT - Mondays at 6:00 PM EST
Format: Fully virtual, 1 hour per session, duration of group is determined by client centered needs.
Led by: Ashli Gregory, MA, LPC, CSOTP, Chief Clinical Officer & Mindful Innovations DBT Team

What to Expect in Your First EMDR Session
Your first session is a conversation, not memory processing. Your therapist will ask what brings you in, review your history and explain how EMDR works.
Most EMDR sessions last [60–90] minutes. Processing usually begins after a few preparation sessions, once you feel ready. You stay in control the whole time and can pause at any point.
